While we do not offer refunds, we provide a return option under specific conditions for product defects or issues. Below are the terms and conditions for our return policy:

  1. Return Window: Returns must be requested within 5 days of the product delivery date.
  2. Product Condition: To initiate a return, the product must be in original condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging.
  3. Return Criteria: Returns are only accepted for defective, wrong, or incomplete orders. Returns for reasons such as change in size, color, or preference will not be accepted.
  4. Damaged/Wrong/Incomplete Orders: In cases where you receive a defective, wrong, or incomplete product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide a proper unboxing video as evidence.
    • Email the video to kardhanicloset@gmail.com along with your Order ID and the reason for return.
    • The unboxing video must be a continuous, unedited recording showing the shipping label, the package opening, and the condition of the product.
  5. Return Conditions: Returns will not be accepted for products that are in a used condition or without the original packaging and tags. No return will be processed for items that are not in their original, unused condition.

Unboxing Rules for Return

For processing returns due to missing, damaged, or incorrect products, you must follow these unboxing guidelines:

  • Start the video by showing all four sides, top, and bottom of the package.
  • The video must show the entire unboxing process from start to finish without any pauses or cuts.
  • Ensure the video is taken from a distance that clearly shows the entire package being opened.
  • Close-up shots will not be accepted.
  • Clearly show the product condition, any damage, or the number of items in the package.
  • Submit the video to kardhanicloset@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Only genuine claims will be entertained.
